Michael S. Graham (Acting)

Michael Graham is the Acting Assistant Inspector General for Investigations at the NASA Office of Inspector General. He leads the organization’s investigative disciplines, which include procurement fraud and cyber investigations, digital forensics, and investigative analysis.

Graham’s service within the Inspector General community has involved leadership roles across multiple government agencies. His law enforcement career began at the Air Force Office of Special Investigation. He worked as a military special agent in general crimes investigations, followed by digital forensics and cyber intrusion. After concluding his active military service, Graham continued his service as a civilian special agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.

Graham holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology. He has certifications in cyber investigations, digital forensics, and information assurance from government and private institutions.
