Bailey admitted to stealing approximately $451,237.51 in COVID-19 relief loans guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Bailey has fully paid the restitution and an additional $451,237.98 as a civil penalty to settle False Claims Act allegations.
