KalScott Engineering, Inc., and its president, Thomas Sherwood, and Vice President Suman Saripalli, have agreed to pay the federal government $672,352 to resolve allegations under the False Claims Act that the company submitted false claims to obtain grant funds from the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Programs.
