NASA Contractor Agrees to Pay $375,000 to Settle False Claims Act Liability (PR-2020-C)

United Paradyne Corporation has agreed to pay the government $375,000 to resolve allegations under the False Claims Act that the company submitted false claims to NASA for assembling and cleaning rocket launch systems.
