Dennis Balius, a former supervisor at an aluminum extrusion manufacturing company, pled guilty in the U.S. District Court for Oregon to one count of mail fraud. As part of his plea, Balius admitted to his role in a decade-long scheme in which workers altered test results for aluminum extrusions over 4,000 times, enabling the company to gross over $6.8 million in total sales based on the false results.
