Open Recommendations Data
As part of the audit reporting process, the Office of Inspector General makes recommendations directly to NASA to improve the Agency’s economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. This page contains information and statistics about recommendations made to the Agency that remain unresolved. Although NASA may have agreed and already taken some steps to implement all or part of these recommendations, the OIG does not consider the actions complete until they have been fully implemented and meet the intent of the recommendations. After corrective actions are completed and verified, a recommendation may be closed.
