U.S. District Court Judge Abdul K. Kallon sentenced Scientic Inc., a Huntsville defense contractor to three years’ probation and ordered the company to repay $250,000 on criminal charges of falsely obtaining Small Business Innovation Research contracts with the Department of Defense and NASA. In addition, the company was fined $30,000.
